Congratulations to Mr Gaz Dutton who not only claimed his 10th #G8BLACKTOWEL but did so from coming last in the previous comp. His best performance of the year so far, claiming a 3 point victory from our Bridesmaid Barry Sherlock in 2nd. With only 9 points separating 15 players, this has to be one of the closest G8 competitions ever. 

Commiserations to go to our 2019G8PGA winner, YE LANG. Tbh i feel he struggled coping with the pressure of not only teeing off 1st, being the reining and defending G8 Claret Jug holder and the only person who had won at RhuddlanGC before. This all took its toll on, which was cruelly witnessed by his 1st tee shot, which will be uploaded into our G8Galley shortly. Sad times but he will be back, YE LANG style!!

Congratulations to all the prize winners and a big welcome to our new member Kris Connelly. He plays off 17 (Bandit) and can hit his irons further than Howard!! He is just getting back into playing again after time away, but one thing i know he def has the potential to be a single figure handicap.

Once again i thank you all for attending, as i say this all the time but it wouldnt be a worthy competion without all of you playing.

Our next comp is our 2nd G8Tour Comp on Monday 8th July at 5pm, the venue upto now is WarringtonGC but we need 12 players.

Invites for our main comp of the year and 4th major of 2019 is our G8 OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP @HolywellGC, will be sent out within the next few days.
